What to Expect
If you’ve never been to therapy, we know it can be intimidating. Here’s how the process typically goes –
1 – Contact us
Connect with us! We want it to be as easy and accessible to hear from you. Click Contact Us to reach out with any questions you may have.
2 – Set up a free 15 minute consultation
We will reach out via email and set up a time that works best for you for a consultation – this gives you the chance to ask any questions.
3 – Fill out some electronic paperwork (don’t worry, it’s straightforward and easy)
If you agree to move forward, we schedule your first appointment (an intake appointment) and you’ll be sent documents to complete via a secure HIPAA compliant platform.
4 – Attend your first appointment
All that’s left is either logging into your portal for a telehealth session or meeting in-person in the office. The intake appointment is all about getting the most comprehensive picture of you and what brings you to therapy.
